Objectives

Overall Objectives of our project:

To enhance dialogue among Turkey, Croatia and Lithuania from EU local authorities and strengthen the capacity of those local authorities for the purposes of climate and environment based actions.

Specific Objectives of our project:

  • To enhance the institutional capacity of Çine Municipality (ÇM) in developing and implementing local climate policy
  • To exchange experience and know-how among partners from TR & EU for establishing a sustainable partnership among the Municipalities of Çine, Karlovac and Tauragė on combating climate change and environmental protection for green future
  • To increase the awareness and sensitivity of children, youth, women and farmers on the effects of climate change for a green future and to create a sustainable local ownership platform
